After the release of their most recent mixtape Mink Rug, I was able to get in contact with Metro Zu‘s very own Freebase and get some questions answered exclusively for DD. FB: No we get high and draw funny shit lmao.

CW: Would you ever consider going mainstream?

FB: Man If mainstream wanna fuck with it go ahead , but we underground as fuck mane n I’m cool with it.

CW: Will there be anymore music videos besides Debinare?

FB: Hell Yea mane.

CW: Which one of your mixtapes do you feel strongly about?

FB: All of them , mink Rug was a tight evolution on sum Charizard Shit

CW: What is the Zu Mansions and what goes down in it?

FB: It’s the Metro Zu HQ , it’s where the revolutionarys come to create and feed the universe music …

CW: How do you feel about Odd Future?

FB: They cool as fuck /music/swag/ art wise .. We get compared alot to them.. Earl was my favorite video real shit.

CW: What is your process for making a mixtape?

FB: We do it all.
