Streetwear: Green Dream Clothing Co.

Have trouble figuring out what streetwear brands you want to rock? Or which ones you think have a deeper message than being “trendy” or “fashionable”? Let me tell y’all little bit about Green Dream Clothing Co.

Based out of Bloomington, Indiana (GO HOOSIERS) Green Dream Clothing is a brand that represents more than just hip-hop and it’s culture.  Adam Swartz started GDCC last September with one mission; to give back to the community. Much like the concept over at TOMS shoes; for every item that GDCC sells, they plant 1 tree. The Baltimore native (shout out to all my people in the 410) is now responsible for over 500 fresh trees.

Since breaking into the clothing game, GDCC has wanted to do a little bit more. They were responsible for bringing Chris Webby to Btown in October. Our main man G-Scott (who is also one of their sponsored artists) was on set and performed at the show. GDCC wants to start promoting and sponsoring more shows, and in return, they will plant a tree for every ticket sold. They have sent gear to artists such as State Radio, Julius Myth, Huey Mack, & plenty more.

Green Dream Clothing Co. just released their first snapback a few weeks ago. Here is a look at the Dollar & A Dream Snapback
