NYC based brands 5th Column (Jason Calabretta) and Death Precision Inc. (Jakobi Mclemore) recently teamed up for a collaboration called the [Hell Bound] Release. Respectively, Calabretta and Mclemore had this to say about each other’s brands.
5th column pitched the Hellbound idea to me, and I really liked it so we ran with it and the outcome was this awesome collaboration. I was actually a really big fan of 5th before the collaboration, so do it was a big deal to me. - Mclemore
Before I ever heard of DPI I remembered seeing these ads for the brandwithnoname. They were somewhat satanic images if I remember correctly, collages that looked like something from the 60′s. After that I started seeing Death Precision Inc, and whoiscody of 5th Column is also friends with Kobi. I liked the idea behind the brand before I even saw a single piece. – Calabretta
The collab, which was released on April 1st of this year, can be purchased at both 5th column and DPI’s websites.

The tees, which feature ‘South of Heaven’ on the front and both the DPI and 5th column logos on the back, are available in three color ways. Long sleeves can be purchased in navy blue and black. Short sleeves are available in white on red and black.

It is obvious the two brands have the utmost respect and appreciation for each other; and it really shows with this dope release. Calabretta stated that ”For me a collaboration has to fit our brand. If not, then what is the point of working together? This has been one of my favorite projects in a while. Hope everyone enjoyed the collab, more to come.”
Be sure to check out thefivecolumns and thebrandwithnoname to cop the tees and for more information on the two brands.
